With 12 years experience in the fitness industry, Geoff finds no greater satisfaction than building people up to realize all their potential. He specializes in optimum performance training techniques that focus on bringing the body’s musculature back into its natural balance while achieving maximum benefits to any specific goal - all while in the quickest, safest way possible. Geoff’s fun and challenging workout style is appropriate for anyone with a desire to change. He enjoys the challenge of helping people move more and building positive, life changing relationships with all of his clients. In his spare time, he helps with designing and teaching fitness clinics, men’s recreational basketball leagues, and promoting fitness as a lifestyle for the Union Gospel Mission Youth Center.
